By accessing or using Truth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application. These terms apply to all users of the Truth app, including those accessing our Islamic chatbot, Hadith and Quran library, feeds, and e-learning features.

2. Use License and Permissions

Permission is granted to use the Truth application for personal, educational, and religious purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute the application or its content for commercial purposes
• Use the materials for any purpose that contradicts Islamic principles or values
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of Truth
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server without permission
• Use the Islamic chatbot or content to provide religious rulings (fatwas) without proper Islamic scholarship credentials

3. Islamic Content and Guidance

Truth provides Islamic educational content, including Quran verses, Hadith collections, and AI-powered guidance. Please note:

• All content is provided for educational and informational purposes
• While we strive for accuracy, users should verify important religious matters with qualified Islamic scholars
• The AI chatbot provides guidance based on Islamic sources but should not replace consultation with learned Islamic authorities
• Users are encouraged to seek knowledge from multiple authentic sources and qualified teachers
• We respect all schools of Islamic thought and present information in accordance with mainstream Islamic scholarship

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of Truth, you agree to:

• Use the app in accordance with Islamic principles and values
• Respect the sacred nature of Quranic verses and Hadith content
• Not use the platform to spread misinformation or content contrary to Islamic teachings
• Maintain respectful communication in any community features
• Report any technical issues or content concerns to our support team
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others

5. Disclaimer

The materials and services on Truth are provided on an 'as is' basis. Celestial Wave Digital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not warrant that the Islamic guidance provided will meet your specific religious needs or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Celestial Wave Digital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or due to business interruption, or any religious or spiritual concerns) arising out of the use or inability to use Truth, even if Celestial Wave Digital or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Users acknowledge that religious guidance should be sought from qualified Islamic scholars for important matters.

7. Intellectual Property

The Quran and Hadith are divine revelations and prophetic traditions that belong to all Muslims. However, the specific translations, interpretations, app design, AI technology, and user interface of Truth are protected by intellectual property laws. The compilation, organization, and presentation of Islamic content within the app represents our original work and is protected accordingly.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and the app's features to better serve the Muslim community. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We continuously work to improve the accuracy and usefulness of our Islamic content and features.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Truth if you violate these terms or use the app in ways that contradict Islamic principles or harm the community. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team.
